Massive Selection for Scaffold Coupler - Ringlock Scaffolding System for Any Projects – Sampmax Detail:
Due to its safety, beauty, material saving, high work efficiency, and fast construction speed, the ringlock scaffolding has become increasingly large in the market and has gradually gained unanimous approval from the contractors.
Main Components
The main accessories of ringlock scaffolding are Vertical standards, Horizontal ledger, diagonal brace, adjustable bases, adjustable brackets, zigzag stairs, hook planks, etc.
There are eight holes on the rosette, four small holes are dedicated for ledger, four large holes are dedicated for diagonal brace. The connection method of the horizontal and the diagonal is bolt type, which can ensure that the standards are firmly connected with the vertical rosettes.
The ledger, the diagonal brace, and the vertical steel pipe are in full-surface contact. After the bolt is tightened, the force is applied at three points (the upper and lower points of the joint and the one point of the bolt against the rosette) can be firmly fixed, increasing the structural strength and transmitting horizontal force. The clubhead and the steel tube body are fixed by full welding, and the power transmission is accurate.
