The air-cooled unit is the preferred form of small cold storage, which has the advantages of simplicity, compactness, easy installation, convenient operation, and few auxiliary equipment.
Generally, color steel plates are used as panels, and rigid polyurethane foam is used as insulation materials. The storage body has the characteristics of good rigidity, high strength, good thermal insulation performance, and flame retardant.
The small cold storage body generally adopts the eccentric hook type connection of the embedded parts inside the panel wall or the on-site foaming and solidification, which has good airtightness and is easy to assemble and disassemble. It can meet the needs of different purposes and is suitable for use in various industries and departments.
Assembly cold storage room feature:
The assembly cold storage room is a steel structure frame, supplemented by thermal insulation walls, top covers and underframes to meet the performance requirements of heat insulation, moisture resistance and cooling. The thermal insulation of the assembly cold storage is mainly composed of thermal insulation wall panels (walls), The top plate (patio plate), bottom plate, door, support plate and base are assembled and fixed by special-structured hooks to ensure good heat insulation and air tightness of the cold storage.
The cold storage door not only can be opened flexibly, but also should be closed tightly and used reliably. In addition, the wooden parts in the cold storage door should be dry and anti-corrosive; the cold storage door must be equipped with a lock and handle, and a safety unlocking device must be installed; an electric heater with a voltage below 24V must be installed on the low-temperature cold storage door to prevent condensation Water and condensation.
Moisture-proof lamps are installed in the library, temperature measuring elements are placed in even places in the library, and the temperature display is installed on the wall outside the library at an easy-to-observe position. All chrome-plated or zinc-plated layers should be uniform, and welded parts and connectors must be firm and moisture-proof. In addition to the cold storage floor panel should have sufficient bearing capacity, large-scale prefabricated cold storage should also consider the in and out operations of loading and unloading carrying equipment.
