Formwork Solutions

The modern concrete pouring building formwork system is a temporary model structure to ensure the concrete poured into concrete structure according to the construction design requirements. It must bear the horizontal load and vertical load during the construction process.

The building formwork structure used for cast-in-place concrete structures is mainly composed of three parts: panels (film faced plywood & aluminum panel & plastic plywood), supporting structures and connectors. The panel is a direct bearing board; the supporting structure is to ensure that the building formwork structure is firmly combined without deformation or damage; the connector is an accessory that connects the panel and the supporting structure into a whole.

The building formwork system is divided into vertical, horizontal, tunnel and bridge formwork systems. Vertical formwork is divided into wall formwork, column formwork, single-sided formwork, and climbing formwork. Horizontal formwork is mainly divided into bridge and road formwork. Tunnel formwork is used for road tunnels and mine tunnels. According to the material, it can be divided into wooden formwork and steel formwork. , Aluminum mold and plastic formwork.

Advantages of different raw material formworks:
Wooden formwork:
Relatively light, easy to build, and the lowest cost, but it has poor durability and low reuse rate.
Steel formwork:

Higher strength, higher repetition rate, but relatively heavy, inconvenient construction, and extremely expensive.
Aluminum formwork:
Aluminum alloy has the highest strength, does not rust, can be recycled in large quantities, has the longest service life and the highest recovery rate. It is heavier than wooden formwork, but much lighter than steel formwork. Construction is the most convenient, but it is much more expensive than wooden formwork and a little more expensive than steel formwork.
