Good Quality Concrete Shoring Systems - PP Plastic Coated Plywood for Construction Jobsite Use – Sampmax
Good Quality Concrete Shoring Systems - PP Plastic Coated Plywood for Construction Jobsite Use – Sampmax Detail:
The plastic formwork has a perfect fair-faced concrete effect, is smooth and clean, beautiful and light, easy to demold, no mold release agent, high turnover times, and low economic cost. The PP Plastic Coated Plywood is one of the above green plywood. Refers to the plywood faced with PP Plastic Coated, the PP covered on both side of plywood and after hot pressed in order to make sure the plywood a smooth surface, bright gloss, waterproof, fireproof, and excellent durability (weather resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance) and anti-fouling ability.
Using PP Plastic Coated Plywood to make the concrete surface smoother, which can easier dismantle the formwork and avoid secondary dusting, greatly improving work efficiency and saving manpower and materials.
PP Plastic Coated Plywood can be used with formwork as a slab formwork system component or wall formwork system components and is more often used for unregular slab parts. This kind of coated plywood can be used for slab formwork that does not require concrete surface effects. High temperature-resistant waterproof glue is usually used. The wood species can be poplar or hardwood. The conventional size is 4′x8′ and the thickness is 9-21mm.
Sampmax Construction PP Plastic Coated Plywood is up to 30-50 times reused with a wide range of thicknesses and sizes.
Specifications
Sampmax Construction PP Plastic Coated Plywood normally use poplar core, hardwood core or combi core, the phenolic film on both side can be black or brown, glue is WBP. Sealed edges.

Tolerances
Thickness tolerances: +/-0.5
Other tolerances:
The panel can have more or less dimensional changes due to changes in the air humidity.
End uses
Usage mainly for slab forms/install flooring/vehicle.
Typical number of reuses for slab forms is likely to be about 30 -50 times.
However, the number of reuses will depend on a wide range of factors including good site practice, the required concrete finish, careful handling & storage of forms, and the type and quality of release agent.
