The main components of the hot dip cuplock scaffolding system
Vertical (Standard)

The movable top cup on the vertical cup lock scaffold is used to withstand the changing field conditions, while the welded bottom cup is made of high-quality steel.

The one-piece socket has a length of 150mm and is set on the top of each standard part. Used to connect vertically. A 16mm diameter hole is designed on each standard plug and base to prevent the need to add locking pins to standard parts.

Cuplock Scaffolding Diagonal Brace

The material is generally Q235B, the outer diameter of the 48 series is 38MM, the outer diameter of the 60 series is 48MM, the length can be 500MM and 600MM, the wall thickness of the 48 series is 5MM, and the wall thickness of the 60 series is 6.5MM. The bracket is installed on the top of the pole to accept the keel and adjust the height of the supporting scaffold.

The material is generally Q235B, the outer diameter of the 48 series is 38MM, the outer diameter of the 60 series is 48MM, the length can be 500MM and 600MM, the wall thickness of the 48 series is 5MM, and the wall thickness of the 60 series is 6.5MM.
